    You won’t find the latest computerized fitness gizmo here. This is a no nonsense GYM, not some “fitness center” where they put more emphasis on the juice bar than the weightroom. The staff is friendly but knows when to leave you to your workout. The facilities are clean and well cared for. Reasonable monthly rates with no contracts. I have been a member here for 3 years and I love the place
