Simple gym, no big class rooms, or over the top stuff. Just plan and simple, free weights, machines, cardio eq. Plus the best part is, even between 5-6pm, they are not that busy! You can walk around freely and not have to wait for ANY weights. Plus everyone is pretty nice and helpfull. Month to month membership too… if you are just into weights and some cardio and dont need all the fru fru stuff, then this is the place to go.
