Sue is an NSPA Certified Personal Trainer and a certified kettlebell instructor as well as a Muay Thai martial arts instructor. She is a devotee of the Athletes Performance school of training, encompassing strength, cardiovascular, rest, and nutrition. Sue prides herself on tailoring her training to the individual needs and goals of her clients with a focus on functional strength and movement. A lifelong athlete herself – college volleyball, doubles beach volleyball, and a bronze medalist in international Kuoshu — she enjoys seeing her clients realize their potential.
